Complaints Policy

If something about our work or service has gone wrong, we want to hear it directly and early. Most problems are cheaper and easier to fix while the crew is still nearby.

How to Raise a Complaint

Call 870-641-0970 or email [email protected]. Include your name, the property address, when the work took place, and a description of the problem. Photographs are genuinely helpful and usually speed up resolution.

What Happens Next

1. Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two business days so you know it has reached a person and is being handled.

2. Review

We look at the scope that was agreed, what was carried out, and the current condition of the work. Where useful, we return to the property to inspect it.

3. Response

We give you a written explanation of what we found and what we propose to do about it, including any remedial work and timescale.

4. Resolution

Where the fault is ours, we put it right. Our aim is to reach an outcome within 30 days of the complaint, and sooner where the fix is straightforward.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If our response does not resolve matters, say so and ask for the complaint to be reviewed again. Tell us what outcome you are looking for — being specific about that makes agreement far more likely. You retain any rights available to you under Arkansas consumer law, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Records

We keep a record of complaints and their outcomes, and use them to review how we scope, communicate, and carry out work.
